If you’re facing issues on our website, whether it be that your design isn’t saving properly to your account or that you are stuck on one of the steps of personalization, you can follow any of the instructions provided below to clear your web browser’s cookies and cache to help resolve the problem you are facing.

For Google Chrome: click on the menu icon in the top right corner of screen (usually right underneath the X where you exit the window). Click on settings. Scroll down to Advanced at the bottom of the screen. Click on Advanced, stop at the section called Privacy and Security. At the bottom of that section, there is a Clear Browsing Data button. Click on that, check the box for Cached Images and Files, uncheck all other boxes. Then click Clear Data.

For Mozilla Firefox: Click on the “Menu” icon in the top right corner of the screen (it’s an icon that looks like three horizontal lines, right underneath the X button to exit the web browser). Click “Options”. Click “Privacy and Security” and scroll to section for “Cookies and Site Data”. Click on the “Clear Data” button. Check the box for “Cached Web Content” then click Clear.

For Internet Explorer: Select Tools > Internet Options. Click on the “General” tab and then the “Delete” button. Make sure to uncheck “Preserve Favorites website data” and check the box for “Temporary Internet Files.” Then click on the Delete button.

For Microsoft Edge: In the top right hand corner you’ll see three dots in a horizontal line. Clicking here opens a drop down that reveals the settings option. Select “Settings”. Select “Settings”. Once in settings, select “Choose what to clear”. You’ll reach a screen that has you check off what you’d like to clear. Check the boxes for Cookies, saved website data, Cached data and files. Next, click “Clear”.

For Safari: Click on “Safari” on the top left side of the screen. Select “Preferences” from the dropdown menu. Click on the Privacy tab. Click the button that says “Remove all Website Data”. Click “Remove Now.”
