Ordering using a Purchase Order?

If you are ordering with a Purchase Order, you’ll simply want to follow these directions:

  1. Sign up for a PurpleTrail account if you haven’t already.
  2. Then you’ll set up your order in your cart as if you were proceeding to checkout and placing the order.
  3. You’ll want to fill out you purchase order form (you provide the Purchase Order). The total cost of the Purchase Order must be matching up to the total shown during check out, after shipping, discounts, etc.
  4. You’ll scan and email that purchase order to us at support@purpletrail.com and we will be able to push your order through. Make sure you email us from the email address your PurpleTrail account is under, or let us know which email address your account is under in the body of your email.
  5. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will then send you an invoice for you to pay.
  6. If you need a W9 form from us, please contact support@purpletrail.com and we will provide you with the W9.
