In your Account Dashboard under the “My Orders” tab, you’ll see two different order statuses: Pending Orders and Completed Orders. Learn about each one below.
An order may be listed under Pending if it is still processing. If it’s a Mailing Service order and you still have to enter your addresses, or if we found a problem with your order and are trying to contact you, it will have a Pending status. If you have questions about orders that are submitted and pending, please feel free to contact us at 425-428-6115 between 8AM (PST) and 4PM (PST) on weekdays or by email at email@example.com.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package for both USPS and FedEx orders which you can use to see where your package is and when it will arrive. At this point, your Order Status will also change to Shipped.
