If you are having trouble signing in, check to make sure you’re entering the correct email. If you are, and still can’t log in, try resetting your password. You can reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password link near the bottom of the sign in box.
This will prompt you to enter your email address. After doing so, you will receive an email with a link that you can follow to reset your password.
